How Long Does Shipping Take?

U.S. orders typically ship within 1 week. International orders may take longer depending on your location.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within a week of placing your order, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to reach out to us at support@vanishcollective.store

How long does fulfillment take?

Orders typically take 3–5 days to be fulfilled. Once shipped, delivery may take a few additional days depending on your location.

What are the return requirements?

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a return.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@vanishcollective.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.

What is your return window?

You must contact us within two weeks of your order being delivered. We can’t accept return requests made after that period.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item or size, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Who covers return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the original order.

Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is submitted, we are unable to make changes or intervene once the order is placed.

What happens if a package is returned to us?

If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you must email us at support@vanishcollective.store. Once we receive the package, we can issue a refund for the item(s) — minus the original shipping fee.
